Flexible Spending Account, administered by Navia, allows you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible expenses. Day Care Flex Spending Account can be used for day care or dependent care expenses. To participate, you need to enroll each year, and you can contribute up to the annual IRS maximums. These funds are subject to the “Use-It or Lose-It” rule. This means that if you don’t use up your annual election within the plan year, your funds are non-refundable.
