Flexible Spending Account, administered by Navia, allows you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible expenses. Health Care Flex Spending Account can be used for out-of-pocket health related expenses. To participate, you need to enroll each year, and you can contribute up to the annual IRS maximums. These funds are subject to the “Use-It or Lose-It” rule. This means that if you don’t use up your annual election within the plan year, your funds are non-refundable.
