Long-term disability

One of the most important assets to you as an employee is the ability to earn an income. The Long Term Disability (LTD) program, administered by CIGNA, is designed to continue a portion of your income if you’re unable to work due to sickness or injury. LTD benefits will be payable on a monthly basis after a 60-day period of disability. Benefits are payable until you are able to return to work. There are several plans with varying costs.
